Governing Law ; Juristiction ; Entire Agreement

This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York. Any cause of action you may have with respect to the Agreement or its subject matter must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. This User Agreement constituted the entire agreement between you and TML with respect to its contents.
