Africa: the Gulf-owned Breadbasket

Arab Gulf states, rich in oil and gas, but poor in food produce, have been buying up tracts of African land and turning it into their breadbasket, sometimes at the expense of the local population. UN Food and Agricultural Organization official David Hallam discusses this with The Media Line.
