UAE readies 7 field hospitals
The United Arab Emirates is preparing seven field hospitals in case of a surge in cases of the coronavirus. The UAE currently is experiencing a downturn in cases, in part due to new restrictions including limiting the capacity in restaurants and requiring physical distancing in public. Over 3.4 million people in the UAE have been vaccinated, including 57 percent of those over the age of 60, Arab News reported, citing the state news agency WAM.
