Unvaccinated Kuwaitis banned from traveling abroad
Unvaccinated citizens in Kuwait over the age of 16 will not be allowed to travel abroad. The new government rule goes into effect on August 1. Exceptions include Kuwaitis with a health ministry certificate that says they cannot be vaccinated and pregnant women. Those arriving in Kuwait will be required to show a negative PCR test for the coronavirus before they board their flights, and will be required to quarantine for seven days or show a negative PCR test taken after arrival in the country.
