Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation met on Tuesday with Tvi Hefetz. They discussed bilateral relations between the two countries since the signing of the Abraham Accords and discussed cooperation in areas including trade, health, investment and tourism, the state news agency WAM reported. They also discussed ways to support the global efforts to deliver coronavirus vaccines to needy countries.
Eitan Na’eh, Israel’s first ambassador to the UAE, in a tweet in both Arabic and English thanked Zayed for the meeting. “Thank you @ABZayed for hosting our delegation as we continue to develop and deepen our relations,” he tweeted.
