The wife told a Palestinian state-run television station that the couple stopped at an Israel Defense Forces roadblock, and then drove off when the soldiers told them they could go. The soldiers then fired at their car, she said.
The IDF told media outlets that the incident is being investigated by the commander of the Binyamin Regional Brigade.
