After Beheading Japanese Hostage ISIS wants to Trade for Second

After the Islamic State’s (ISIS) demand for a $200 million ransom payment for the release of two Japanese hostages was ignored, and ISIS beheaded one of them, the Islamist group offered to release the second in exchange for a women being held by Jordan after she failed in her attempt to become a suicide bomber. In November 2005, Sajida Al-Rishawi was part of an attack in Amman in which her husband and two other Iraqis blew themselves up killing 60 Jordanians, but her explosive package failed to ignite. Three hotels were hit in the coordinated attack, including inside a wedding party at Amman’s Raddison hotel.
