The car bomb attack in the Yemeni capital Sanaa, targeted the home of two leaders of the Shi’ite Houthi rebels, according to a Yemeni medical source. Islamic State claimed responsibility in a statement posted online. A Houthi spokesman said at least eight of dead were women. In a separate incident a Houthi spokesman said they had fired a Scud missile at Saudi Arabia which has been conducting a campaign of airstrikes against the Houthis.
