A car bomb and several roadside bombs exploded in both Shi’ite and Sunni neighborhoods across Baghdad Thursday. At least ten people were killed as a more than month-long surge in sectarian violence continues. No group claimed responsibility but both Sunni Muslim Islamist gunmen and Al-Qa’ida’s Iraqi wing have claimed responsibility for similar attacks. More than 1100 people have been killed since the start of April.
