One of Israel’s most noticeable calling cards to the world, Michal Negrin jewelry and clothing, is shuttering its empire after a thirty-year run. On Tuesday, Negrin made the announcement, citing losses over the past year and her inability to salvage the company despite using her own money in an attempt to do so. Negrin stores are in 25 locations world-wide, selling the elaborate and ornate jewelry and fashions that became iconic in the industry and were made in her Tel Aviv-area factory.
