Fatah Denies Al-Qa’ida Has Infiltrated its Refugee Camps in Lebanon

Fatah’s chief military figure in Lebanon has denied reports that Al-Qa’ida operatives from Pakistan and Afghanistan have infiltrated into refugee camps in Lebanon. The Lebanese Central News Agency (CNA) is reporting that Sobhi Abu Arab has rejected reports that Al-Qa’ida has entered the Ain Al-Hilweh camp. Abu Arab also told CNA that Palestinian Authority head Mahmoud ‘Abbas has ordered Palestinians living in Lebanon to stay out of the domestic dispute between Hizbullah and the March 14^th bloc, especially with an indictment of Hizbullah members expected in the case the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafiq Al-Hariri and threats of violence coming from Hizbullah chief Na’srallah.
