Five Brits Kidnapped in Baghdad

Gunmen dressed in Iraqi police uniforms kidnapped five British nationals from the Iraqi Finance Ministry building in Baghdad on Tuesday. One of the victims is a financial expert advising the Iraqi government and four are security guards. According to media accounts of the abduction, as the kidnappers stormed into the building, one of the gang yelled, "Where are the foreigners?" The well-planned attack included the use of 19 four-wheel-drive vehicles of the type used by Iraqi police. The group made its escape in the direction of Badr City.
