Four Countries Ban Cargo Flights From Yemen

The U.S., Germany, France and Britain have barred unaccompanied air cargo from Yemen. The move followed the interception over the weekend of two bomb-laden packages on cargo aircraft originating in Yemen in Dubai and in England. The packages were addressed to Jewish institutions in Chicago but reportedly designed to go off in air. Security officials said the discovery of the devices marked a shift in terrorist tactics to commercial targets.
