The UN’s International Atomic Energy Agency (motto: “Atoms for Peace”) has issued its first report [1] on Iran’s implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) the agreement reached between six Western powers and Iran in last July, aimed at limiting Iran’s nuclear program.
Washington’s respected Institute for Science and International Security (unfortunately known as ISIS) says tha [2]t while “the IAEA report shows that Iran appears to be living up to most of its commitments,” it is also “unfortunately devoid of details about critical implementation issues, including the amounts of low enriched uranium (LEU) in Iran, the nature of centrifuge rotor and bellows manufacturing, and advanced centrifuge research and development activities.
