The ISIS franchise in Libya is claiming credit for Tuesday’s attack on a luxury hotel in Tripoli that left 10 people dead including an American citizen. “Islamic State in Tripoli Province” said it was avenging the death of a member who was taken captive by US forces in 2003 and died recently from complications following liver surgery while in American custody. The group warned that other attacks would follow.
