Israel finds itself in a unique position, with large communities of both Ukrainians and Russians living in the country. There is little doubt where the people stand: Thousands of Israelis have taken to the streets in demonstrations protesting against the Russian invasion, and municipalities across the country have raised Ukrainian flags and signs in support of Kyiv.
