Israeli residents of an illegal community set up in post-1967 territory have complied with an order of the Civil Administration to return as many as 300 olive trees that had been stolen from Palestinians. In its investigation, the administration verified a Palestinian farmer’s complaint of theft from his land. On Tuesday, the Israelis replanted the trees and installed an irrigation system for the grove.
