Laptop Airplane Ban not Imminent

Increased talk about a possible US ban on laptop computers on certain air routes is because of the discussion of the allegations that President Trump was cavalier about protecting Israeli intelligence; not because the measure is imminent.  Nevertheless, Department of Homeland Security spokesman said he believed eventually the ban would reach US carriers. But he reiterated that there are no plans so far. If instituted in the US, American carriers United, American and Delta would all be affected.
