Lebanon and Saudi Arabia Sign $10 Million Cooperation Agreement
Lebanon and Saudi Arabia have signed a memorandum of cooperation to fund 28 projects in Lebanon with a $10 million allocation. During the signing ceremony, Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati emphasized the “strong fraternal relationship between Lebanon and Saudi Arabia,” praising Saudi Arabia’s consistent support for Lebanon’s unity.

Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Walid Bukhari highlighted the financial contribution as a testament to Saudi Arabia’s commitment to supporting humanitarian efforts and fostering stability and development in Lebanon. Bukhari noted that Saudi Arabia had already implemented 129 projects in Lebanon, spanning relief, humanitarian, and development initiatives, totaling $2.7 billion.
