Lebanon’s Hariri Heaps Praise on Saudi Crown Prince

Lebanon’s Prime Minister-designate Sa’ad Hariri wasted no time in heaping praise on the man whose power in Saudi Arabia is soaring. Referring to Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, the heir-apparent to the throne and presently Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister, Hariri told a visiting delegation from the Saudi-Lebanese Business Council that Salman is “central to the stability of Lebanon.” Some pointed out that Hariri might at some point need Salman to save him and his followers from Iran’s terror proxy, Hizbullah. So, it was not surprising to hear Hariri say that, “In fact, the Crown Prince is playing a pivotal role in supporting peace and stability in Lebanon on the political, economic, social and security levels.”
