Palestinian Man Critical After Smuggling Tunnel Collapses on Him

Egyptian medics pulled a Palestinian man from a collapsed smuggling tunnel he was digging between the Egypt and the Gaza Strip on Sunday. The 24-year-old was trapped for several hours after the tunnel fell in on him.  He was described as being in a "deep coma." A second man died when the tunnel collapsed. The Egyptian end of the tunnel was 10 meters from the Gaza border.
