Lebanese officials want to know how a Palestinian man wearing a wetsuit ended up on Naqoura beach in south Lebanon. In Israel, it was reported that he swam from the northern Israeli coastal city of Nahariya. But the Lebanese are trying to ascertain whether Ahmad Jamal Daiif was on some sort of mission and landed from a boat, according to the Beirut-based Daily Star.
