Saudi Arabia says it has arrested 208 suspected terrorists believed to be planning a series of attacks throughout the country. One target is said to be a state oil installation. The announcement was made by Interior Ministry Spokesman Gen. Mansour al-Turki, who said the arrests had taken place over the course of several months. The terrorists are believed to be linked to Al-Qa’ida, which the Saudis say has killed more than 300 people in terrorist attacks since 2003.
