Terror reclaimed the front pages on Monday when a suicide bomber detonated his explosives at a concert by American pop star Ariana Grande in Manchester, England. At least 22 are reported dead and 59 wounded. British police and Prime Minister Theresa May both said the slaughter is being treated as terrorism, but no group has claimed responsibility. The horror was carried out by a single person in the Manchester Arena at about 10:30pm. Among the first to express sympathy to May was newly-elected French president Emmanuel Macron, whose nation has suffered through a number of infamous terror attacks in recent years.
