Tripoli Blast Kills at Least Two, Wounds Many

At least two people died and 17 were wounded when an explosion leveled a block of apartments in the northern Lebanese city Tripoli on Saturday. The neighborhood where the explosion occurred is predominantly Sunni and is the same area where nine died in sectarian violence last week. The new violence comes as the government remains unable to allocate its responsibilities as the deadlock between anti-Syrian Prime Minister Fuad Siniora and pro-Syrian Hizbullah continues.
