In US Bomb Threats against Jewish Centers Viewed as Hoax

The FBI is the lead agency in the investigation of large numbers of threats against Jewish communal properties across the country, all of which turned out to be false. On Wednesday alone, 27 calls threatening facilities in 17 states were received. Following evacuations and searches, it was determined that all of the threats were bogus. No explosives were found in any threatened building. It was the second time in ten days that multiple threats were phoned in, the other series of threats also turning out to be fallacious.
