President Obama’s visit comes just a few days before the Jewish holiday of Passover when all leaven products are forbidden. The dishes include ravioli filled with confit of Jerusalem artichokes, pink grapefruit and pomegranate sorbet, and roast fillet of beef in aromatic spices.
