This space is for the Marginalized Majority to connect and collect, share knowledge, and benefit from each other’s wisdom in a safe space, facilitated by our in-house healer – Talia Khalil.
Talia’s background is in-depth psychology, a therapeutic approach that focuses on the psyche, human development, personality formation, and individuation; and explores the subtle, unconscious, and transpersonal aspects of the human experience. She works with folks to foster meaning and purpose in their lives by cultivating self-awareness and identifying wounding patterns that no longer serve them. Talia’s healing work is trauma-informed and focuses on the therapeutic relationship across difference; working with ancestry and lineage as well as integrating the intersectional variables related to sexual orientation, gender identity and representation. Talia employs an overview of how intersecting systems of oppression impact the therapeutic relationship and concepts of health and healing.
