African Youth Survey on COVID-19

The African Union Office of the Youth Envoy (AU-OYE) with the support of Africa CDC and the Department of Social Affairs has launched the African Youth Front on Coronavirus, an African Union framework that will engage youth in decision-making with a seat at the table to contribute youth-led solutions and co-lead Africa’s response to the pandemic as well as support the implementation of the African Continental Strategic Plan for COVID-19 Pandemic.

Objectives: Collect information concerning youth opinions on the current methods of dissemination of information in order to identify trends and evaluate which methods should be prioritized

Purpose of the data: The data will be included in the policy brief of the African Youth Front on Coronavirus on Risk Communication and Social Engagement with a focus on youth to be submitted to Africa CDC to inform future communication campaigns.
