Dr. Scott Minnich was a member of the Iraq Survey Group, a fact-finding mission organized by the Pentagon and the CIA after the 2003 invasion of Iraq. Their challenge? To find the biological/chemical weapons of mass destruction alleged to be possessed by Iraq that had been the main ostensible reason for the invasion.
