Cairo Climate Talks to Discuss Gender and Sustainable Transportation

DAAD Egypt, the German Academic Exchange Service, hosts Cairo Climate Talks, a series of monthly events meant to provide a platform to exchange experience, raise awareness and foster cooperation between policymakers, the business community, the scientific community as well as civil society. The 63rd Cairo Climate Talks, to be held November 12 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm, will discuss the topic of Gender and Sustainable Transportation. The panel discussion will host experts in cross-sectional fields to discuss methods of incorporating gender considerations in developing sustainable transportation strategies and the societal gains of including women and gender.
