Church in UAE Holds Iftar Meal
St. Andrew’s Church in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, recently held an Iftar, the meal that breaks the daily fast for devout Muslims during the holy month of Ramadan, where both Christians and Muslims participated. The interfaith meal was held in memory of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the first president of the UAE and commonly referred to as the “Father of the Nation.”
