After struggling to find a wedding dress due to a lack of options and unreasonable prices, Dubai-based entrepreneur Eva Hachem, together with her husband, Andy Werner, have launched “Dress Come True,” a new platform for brides to shop for pre-owned wedding gowns online, with as much as 70 percent off the original retail price.
