The popular Egyptian puppet, Abla Fahita, will have her first live performance in Saudi Arabia at the Jeddah Season festival this week. She first appeared in an online commercial for a telecoms company in 2010, launching her into fame. She was then given her own TV show, “Abla Fahita Live from the Duplex” in 2014. She has also appeared in other commercials and has released a number of songs. The puppet has 1.23 million followers on Twitter.
