About this event
The Dubai Expo [2] is the World’s Fair of our time.
With more than 150 nations present, it’s a place to explore food, music, history, and innovations from cultures around the globe. The Expo was divided among three main “districts”: Mobility, Opportunity, Sustainability, with plenty to see in each.
In this “Future Facing” event, our very own Social Designer and Futurist, Amer Jandali, will share about all of the climate solutions showcased across 18 different countries in the Sustainability Pavilion. From philosophical and spiritual ideas such as New Zealand granting legal personhood to the Whanganui River [4], to to The United Arab Emirates building the largest single-site solar park in the world.
