Who is Efrat Kfir Yehene?

Efrat Kfir Yehene has 27 years of experience as a therapist working with individuals, couples and families.

Efrat specialized in crisis intervention and aiding individuals and families in situations of transition (relocation and reintegration into the job market) as well as adults with attention deficit disorders. The therapy is characterized as a short-term therapy and Efrat is experienced with working online as well as frontal sessions.

Previously worked for 16 years as a member of staff in the Maaglim Psychology Institute. After following her husband’s job obligations, she moved to Mexico and opened her own clinic for Israelis living abroad.

Nowadays, Efrat lives in Israel and operates her own clinic in Tel Aviv.

Gvahim is committed to encouraging aliyah and enabling career and business success for new immigrants, supporting their integration in Israel.

Gvahim’s career arm offers two programs: a 1-month career development program in Jerusalem, and an individual based track in the Center region . Both provide their participants/alumni with lectures and workshops; 1-on-1 career consultation, ongoing mentorship; benefits; introductions to potential employers; and networking opportunities

In addition, Gvahim offers two Pre-Aliyah programs: a series comprising three 90-minute workshops on the Israeli job market, and a specialized software engineers program that provides career services.

Gvahim’s entrepreneurial arm offers two programs: a 5-month startup accelerator in Ashdod, and 5-week intensive business acceleration programs in Tel Aviv.
