This exhibition presents a portrait of Afghanistan, reminding us that in the most challenging circumstances hope, love, & peace can flourish.
Refugee advocate, activist, photographer and acclaimed author Mark Isaacs takes us inside Afghanistan where we discover peace in a land of never-ending war.
Mark is passionate about telling stories that are human-centered, nuanced and real, and which connect people with those whose voices are marginalized or silenced.
These photographs present an alternate portrait of Afghanistan, reminding us that even in the most challenging circumstances, hope, love and peace can flourish.
