ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Mr. Avner Saar is a senior vice president at IIMSR. He is a prominent expert in crisis negotiations with more than 30 years of military service in the finest special operations, field intelligence, and reconnaissance units in Israel. He has rich experience in tactical and strategic police intelligence, years of active work as a lead crisis negotiator in evolving and ongoing terror, hostage, and other crisis situations.
Mr. Saar is a scholar with expanded research experience Ph.D. candidate in Muslim Negotiations Techniques. International lecturer in crisis negotiations – theory and practice, teaching in university courses, seminars, conferences, and workshops.
