Japan’s Embassy in Israel Hosts ‘Cute Diplomacy’

The Japanese Embassy in Tel Aviv is hosting a lecture on the impact of Kawaii, “cuteness culture” in Japan, and the impact it is having on the country’s influence abroad. The event, on November 8, will feature Nissim Otmzagin, professor of Japanese studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
