ASHRAE, the American society of heating, refrigeration and air conditioning engineers, and Kuwait University are organizing the 7th International Conference on Energy Research and Development, to be held November 19-21 in Kuwait City. The theme of the conference is “Advances in Energy Research & Development.” Special emphasis will be on emerging energy conversion technologies, conservation and management strategies. The objective is to optimize the use of basic energy resources in the major energy consuming sectors in the arid region of the Arabian Peninsula.
