Lebanese NGO Ahla Fawda, in collaboration with WhereTheresWalls, a UK-based international art consultancy, recently launched in Lebanon the “Art of Change” campaign, which aims to empower people and communities by promoting the benefits of artistic expression. The latest mural pays homage to the long-forgotten craft of brass pan polishing. The former craftsmen, known as ‘Mobayedeen,’ were previously prominent, foremost members of the Shebab family.
