The Golden Minaret Awards aims to salute over 400 years of Muslim American service to the nation.
The Golden Minaret Awards and Pre-Gala Day of Conversations are set for the weekend of the Presidential Inauguration, Friday and Saturday, January 15-16, 2021 with three virtual shows. We’re expecting 300 special guests including elected officials, diplomats, physicians, business executives, lawyers, educators, students, religious leaders and other professionals. This three-part event series is virtual via the Hopin platform.
The festivities kick off on Friday, January 15, 2021 at 10 am Eastern with a National Town Hall Conversation on Defining the Muslim Political Agenda for 2021-2022. This conversation is expected to feature a panel of national Muslim voices, political leaders, and other professionals. This Pre-Gala Day of Conversations will feature other sessions including:

- How to Succeed as a Muslim Politician Without Compromising your Soul
- Revolutionary Ideas: Defunding or Ending Police, Is the COVID Vaccine Safe, Plural Marriages

On the night of January 15 from 7 to 9 pm we will be having a Comedy & Talent Showcase featuring:

- Muslims Got Talent Showcase
On January 16, 2021 we will be having the Award Show/Gala from 7 to 10 pm Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5). On this night we will be celebrating Muslims who have made a positive impact on society with awards.
