Palestinian musician Bashar Murad, in collaboration with the Icelandic band Hatari, has released a song called “Klefi/Samed,” whose music video has garnered over 1.1 million views on YouTube. The song is meant to raise awareness of the situation in the Palestinian Territories. Hatari, Iceland’s representative for the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest, held in Tel Aviv in May, made headlines when its members waved Palestinian flags during the live broadcast.
