Post-war Yemen Conference

Tawakkol Karman Foundation is sponsoring a conference titled “Post-war Yemen… A Forwarding-looking Vision” on March 7, 2020, at Renaissance Polat İstanbul Otel, Sahil Yolu Caddesi No: 2 Yeşilyurt 34149 İstanbul, Turkey.

The conference comes after five years of war in Yemen. As a result of alliances and policies that have contributed to the complexity of the political and military crisis, the conflict continues and threatens serious consequences. The humanitarian situation continues to deteriorate, threatening the lives of millions of people.

Tawakkol Karman Foundation is an endowment fund working in the development field and supports ideas, policies, activities and projects that contribute to community democratization and development. TKF also strives to disseminate a culture of peace, rooted in humanitarian fraternity values, to combat violence, poverty and illiteracy and forms of racial discrimination.
