Bali-bombing suspect: U.S. war on Iraq justifies Bali attack

The U.S.-led war with Iraq vindicates the October 2002 terror attacks in Bali, Indonesia, according to one of the key suspects.

“It goes to show that I was not wrong to bomb the nightclubs,” Amrozi told journalists at Bali police headquarters, the Jakarta Post is reporting.

202 people died in the nightclub bombings, mainly Australian citizens.

An Al-Qa’ida linked group is believed to have been behind the terrorist attacks.
