There will be no changes in the American-proposed peace Road Map for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, U.S. President George W. Bush said Monday night.
He made the comment during an unscheduled meeting at the White House with Israel’s Foreign Minister Sylvan Shalom.

Israel has been pushing to introduce dozens of changes to the Road Map before it is published within the next few weeks.
Publicly Israel’s Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has said he backs the initiative.
Speaking last night, Shalom said there was nothing new in comments from senior Administration officials that Israel must end what it calls “settlement activity.”
