Israel has agreed to release 540 Palestinian prisoners, including more than 400 who are members of what Israel says are terror organizations.
More than 200 belong to either Hamas or Islamic Jihad, with a similar number members of Fatah.
Palestinian Information Minister Nabil ‘Amru says Israel must release even more prisoners.

Israel freed some 250 men earlier this month.
The release of prisoners is not laid down as a term in the internationally-backed peace Road Map.
Israel says it is allowing the men to go as a goodwill gesture.
