Interior Minister Eli Yishai has retracted the citizenship of an Israeli who has allegedly been involved in terrorist acts.
Kais Hasan Kamel Obeid is only the second Israeli to have his citizenship retracted.

Yishai made the decision upon receiving information suggesting Obeid was active in the Hizbullah movement, and initiated terrorist acts against Israeli targets, including attempted kidnappings of Israelis to Lebanon.
These acts proved complete disloyalty to the State of Israel, according to a statement from the Interior Ministry.
