The risk still exists that Iraq still has the capability of firing missiles at Israel. That is the assessment of Israeli Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz.
That means the emergency regulations will remain in place for Israeli citizens.

Experts believe Saddam Hussein still has anywhere from two to 24 Scud missile launchers unaccounted for by the U.N. weapons inspectors.
