Pakistan successfully test-launched a ballistic missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead on Wednesday morning.
In the second missile test this month, the medium-range ballistic missile Hatf-4 (or Shaheen-I) was tested in the framework of military exercises.
Pakistan’s defense establishment said the missile, which has a range of 700 kilometers (437 miles), was launched successfully.
Earlier this month, Pakistani military forces test-fired a ballistic missile with a range of 1,300 kilometers (810 miles).
